The short version

We don’t run accounts, ads, or analytics of our own. The only thing this site itself stores is your optional “My Stack” choice, and that never leaves your browser. The newsletter signup is provided by beehiiv (see Newsletter below), which may set its own cookies.

What’s stored on your device

If you tick tools in My Stack, the site saves your selection (for example ["claude","suno"]) in your browser’s localStorage under the key fm_stack, so the filter is still there next visit. It is not sent to us or anyone else. Clear it with the “Clear my stack” button or by clearing site data in your browser.

Our email service provider is beehiiv (beehiiv, Inc.). The signup form on this site is embedded from beehiiv: when you subscribe, the email address you enter (and any other fields the form asks for) is sent to and stored by beehiiv, which sends the newsletter on our behalf. Loading the form also connects your browser to beehiiv’s servers, and beehiiv may set cookies or record technical data and referral/attribution information (for example which page you signed up from) under its own privacy policy. You can also subscribe directly on our beehiiv page.

Your address will be used only to send the newsletter, will not be sold, and every email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also ask us to delete your address.

Hosting and logs

The site is a static website. Whoever hosts it (planned: Cloudflare) may keep standard technical logs such as IP address and requested page for security and reliability. We don’t use these to profile you.

Links to other sites

We link to vendor pages as sources. Their sites have their own privacy practices.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example the EU/UK or California) you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data. Because we hold essentially none today, there’s little to delete; for newsletter data held by beehiiv, contact us and we’ll act on any request. A contact address will be published here before launch.

If this changes, the date above changes and we’ll say what changed.
